I’ve ordered the book so I can grasp the argument a bit better. It was a fascinating interchange, that’s all I’m gonna say. Some of the comments say more about the people making them than the actual argument. I just wanted it to continue – ha,ha.

Thanks, Paul. I am hoping that the responses will start flowing when the formula I have given is applied to the body of my post (or vica versa). The trouble with minimalism is that often looks less than engaged. I challenge that perception.
