Take me to your closest local bakery Ghazal: I come in ANGER

Cheese and Bacon sausage rolls.
Egg and bacon fresh baked rolls.

Sticks of cheese and garlic balls.
Spinached fetta cheese un-rolls.

Early bird’s as early bird does
caffeine hits with dicey rolls,

Like pizza and lasagne pie
Choice new big kid into town rolls.

Nanaimo bars and cherry squares
Enter dead cert scrolls roles rolls.

The bacon in this one’s Halal!
Anywhere the rubber rolls.

Three seconds later’d lost it all.
Pressed wrong button on a roll’s

You wake up by a waterfall in dark.
It feels fairly flat, but it still rolls.

You freshen up in cold with river pebbles underneath your toes,
and turn the engine over to the nearest promise of a fresh baked roll.

I read that out to to Mum – she goes a flat ‘no’
not quite. Waterfalls go Shhhhhh….
